This beautifully restored Epping family home took six month in total to renovate. The Queenslander sits on the fringe of a national park and as such required lots of big windows and skylights to allow the residence to nestle in comfortably with its lush surroundings.
In terms of the aesthetics of the renovation, a minimalist approach was undertaken with the use of white walls and ceilings, which was complimented and given character through the use of splashes of colour in the styling of each space.
The use of custom joinery in each room enabled a personal touch that reflected the needs and style of the family. The rear terrace can be covered with a high tech electronic Vergola awning, which provides both dappled light and protection from wet weather. This light filled home is surrounded by natural beauty, acting as an unpretentious gallery for the high-end joinery and craftsmanship of the build.
