DAY RESIDENCE

This residential home was one of the first houses built in the Killarney Heights “Parade of Homes” in 1963. The “Bali Hai” home was architecturally remodelled for luxurious comfort and entertaining at a high-end modern standard. The vast entertaining area was opened up to a beautiful private courtyard resort with a stunning swimming pool as the centrepiece.

This reimagined single-level classic required careful attention to detail in order to artfully restore the original sandstone fireplace and feature walls. The new layout was opened up and included a sumptuous master suite with a large walk-in robe and a stylish ensuite. The open plan kitchen with thick stone island bench top is light and airy, flowing through to the dining and living spaces. The extra large bedrooms were customised with bespoke cabinetry and study desks and include an abundance of storage space, plus a double garage with internal access.

With a master architect at the helm of this substantial project, this residence was built to a standard far beyond normal expectations and required extensive and in depth project management from the Keedah team.
