Keedah re-located a team from Sydney for 3 months to live and work out of Mudgee, ensuring their presence and commitment to completing the project within the allocated timeframe. Keedah built a fantastic relationship with the client ensuring a high degree of trust was formed and expectations were delivered. Keedah appointed a mixture of local trades and specialist trades from Sydney to allow the project to run smoothly.
The project catered for a great mix of structural building work, rectification building work, commercial fit-out and high-end joinery.
Keedah were responsible for all custom joinery design and installation for the project.
KOJO required custom designed and built areas for various purposes to reflect the wide array of services and professions they house under their Surry Hills roof. These areas were divided by vertical climbing joinery and glass panelling reflective of the original warehouse that is indicative of the Riley Street area’s aesthetic and ambience.
The open shelves, panelling, bench tops and work tables were finished in black and drifted oak which was complimented by sheaths of natural light and elegant pendants.
