Mark and Giles’s Marrickville home has been transformed into a wonderful open plan living and dining area. Originally the house was separated into two rooms with a dividing wall which also included an old brick fire place. Keedah were commissioned to re-construct the space, building a new kitchen, living/dining room and a fully renovated bathroom with a discrete in-built laundry.
Filled with clever, space-effective storage areas, Mark and Giles’s kitchen also includes a wide, functional bench top which plays double duty as both a preparation and “bar” area, bridging the gap between kitchen and entertaining space. An azure blue splashback compliments an otherwise dark grey and white palette while providing a vibrant feature color for the room as a whole making this a very proud residential construction for the Keedah team.
